Strata Property EV Charging Made Simple
Here’s what trips up most strata owners. Not the electrician. The handoff between documentation and installation.
We manage the full scope ourselves. Assessment, body corporate documentation, installation, and compliance sign-off, with one fixed price for everything.
The price you’re quoted for your strata EV charger installation is the price you pay, confirmed in writing beforehand. A 2-year workmanship warranty covers the work once finished.
We handle strata and body corporate EV charger installs throughout Moreton Bay and the surrounding suburbs. See the full list here.
What Happens During Strata EV Charger Installation
Apartment and strata EV charger installations involve requirements that do not apply to a standard home install. Body corporate approval, individual metering, and shared electrical infrastructure all need to be handled correctly, or the installation cannot proceed.
We have worked through body corporate approvals for a range of building types, so we know what most committees look for before they will approve an installation.

0400 000 000Site Visit and Building Review
We check the car space and shared infrastructure on-site, so what we recommend genuinely fits the building.
You’re not paying for assumptions, only for what the job actually requires.
Design and Documentation
We take what we found in the assessment and turn it into a proper design and an approval-ready submission.
You’ve already agreed to every part of it before the submission even goes in.
Installed and Certified
Your charger and sub-metering get fitted, and the whole job tested before sign-off.
This is the step where the approved plan actually becomes yours to use.
Ongoing Support
Once the installation’s complete, we’re still available, for servicing, repairs, or anything that comes up later.
You get support that continues well past the day we finish the job.

Our car space is a fair distance from the main switchboard and we worried about the cost of running cable that far.
Gary explained our rights under the strata scheme and helped us word the application properly.
No issues with common property at all, and the car park looks exactly as tidy as before.
